Cancellation & Refund Policy

Madura Trading Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values transparency in financial operations and aims to ensure a fair and smooth experience for all users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the cases where they are not applicable.


1. General Policy

All investments and transactions made through Madura Trading Company are considered final once successfully processed. The company does not entertain requests for cancellation or refund of successfully executed trades or investment plans under any circumstances.

When a user invests an amount through our platform, the funds are utilized in backend trading operations managed by the company. Such transactions, once initiated, are irreversible due to the nature of market-based trading activities.


2. Refund Eligibility

If a user is eligible for a refund (for example, due to a system error, incorrect debit, or other verified issue), the following terms apply:

  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

  • A processing fee of ₹0.50 (fifty paise) will be deducted from the refundable amount for each refund transaction.

  • Refunds are only applicable in specific, verified cases where the company confirms an operational error.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or cancellations will not be applicable in the following circumstances:

  1. The user fails to provide required information, documents, or verification details as per company policies.

  2. The user engages in or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activities, including money laundering or violation of applicable laws.

  3. The services have already been availed, activated, or processed on behalf of the user.

  4. Misuse of services or violation of Terms & Conditions.

  5. Payments made more than 7 days ago from the date of the refund request.

  6. Investments already processed for backend trading, as such funds are allocated into live market operations and cannot be reversed.


4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Deposits are accepted only from registered bank accounts linked to the user’s Madura Trading Company account.

  • If a deposit is made from an unregistered or third-party account, the amount will be refunded to the source account within 30 working days, after necessary verification.

  • Any transfer made from an unregistered account may result in a penalty of ₹50 as an administrative charge.


5. Processing of Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment channel. Depending on the user’s financial institution, the credited amount may take up to 7 business days to reflect in the account.


6. Company Rights

Madura Trading Company reserves the right to:

  • Retain or deduct amounts due to the company from the user’s balance.

  • Suspend refunds if the user is found in breach of any terms or engaged in fraudulent behavior.

  • Modify or update this policy at any time, with changes reflected on the company website.
